Agreed. This guy should be allowed to smoke medical marijuana, but he has to respect the wishes of those whom he’s smoking around, at the same time.

Let me say up front that I have no problem with medical marijauna . In fact I wish it had been available to my father for pain when he was in the hospital . That being said there is a time and a place for it to be inbibed . No family restaurant can survive if a patron is allowed to smoke on the premises or near the front doors . If my young child had to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter Gator Ted’s I would think twice before I would bring her there . It is not fair in any way , shape or form for one owner of one restaurant to have to bow to the wishes one one person . If you need medical marijuana I feel you should have it . Smoke in your home , your car , your parents home , your parents car , anywhere where your family or friends agree with your diagnosis and are behind you . This is not for public comsumption . Until and unless all the rest of us can legally smoke marijuana in public you should not be able to do so either . To burden one person or one restaurant with your selfish desire to make a stand on this issue is so unfair and ruins the goodwill of others behind you . Back off . Take your fight to the courts not on someones elses liveliehood .

1) The ‘fact-check’ had nothing to do with HRCs, which, you will notice, is the topic of this blog. To be sure, it had to do with an article of his that also mentioned HRCs, but the actual ‘fact-check’ had nothing to do with that particular topic. Hence, no link.

3) I actually did link to that post on BigCityLib. You might want to do some fact-checking of your own before you start sneering about how selective I am.
