~ AS I WATCH Mrs. Lynch on CPAC, I’m struck by the apparent smug bureaucratic self-satisfaction (she’s in her happy environment of paper and meetings), and the fact that the law– as applied– is primarily for Caucasians in English Canada.

Full disclosure: I’m a white Anglo-Catholic Scots-Dutch-German-English-Portuguese-Moldovan middle-aged male. You know, one of the bad guys. So powerful that with a few words, I could start race-riots, a new holocaust, you name it. Only the stalwart agents of the HRC are holding back the countless tsunamis which threaten to destroy Canada at any moment, in the twinkling of an eye.

Boogy Persons

Leftard post-war Liberalism slavishly followed the Moscow lead & historical re-interpretation of the 20th century– so Nazism was remade as a uniquely bad kind of ultra-badness, so dangerous that it must be outlawed forever. That Communism and National Socialism are both Leftward movements, twin utopian brothers in a death-struggle, the latter of which had lead to more deaths than World War II?– no Russian Schindler’s List so far out of Hollywood, because Communism, Marxism, and utopian statism are the operating programs of the Western elites, the EU, and the UN, and the mindset behind Human Rights regimes.

Section 13 would not protect us from a new Hitler; nor would it protect us from a new Stalin or Barack Obama. It ‘protects’ from cranks and hacks and basement Nazis. Given the complexity of the internet (such that Jihadists, organized crime, arms smugglers, drug dealers, illegal pr0n-purveyors, human trafficking groups and others find it tremendously helpful), it is the evil and stupid ideas themselves that need exposure and destruction, not the nerd who gets his jollies. Mind you, were I to espouse the Great Leap Forward, the collectivization of the Kulaks, or the punishing of the Ukrainians, no doubt I’d not have HRC agents seizing my computer, nor bankrupting me and exhausting me over years, were I found allegedly guilty or not.

Allowable Hateses

Think on’t– many immigrant communities are racist towards other minorities, or the majority, or to despised sub-groups within their own circle.. but that’s “Family business” that rarely makes the news, or the enlightened utopians of the HRC. Or again, if you are a proud supporter of Hamas, you can march down Toronto streets saying the worst possible things against Jews and Israel… but it’s not hateful, it would appear. If you’re a super-fundamentalism Imam from Toronto or Montreal, you can revile women, gays, Jews, unbelievers, or whomsoever you wish.. and it won’t be tribunalized. Pro-terror Sikh? It’s all good. Armenian-hating Turk? No worries! Native Canadian agitator making hateful threats against your neighbours? No problem whatsoever. Radical prog protester of any colour? Fill your boots! Quebec Separatist English-hating bully? Go for it. Anti-semitic, Israel-hating student? Cowabunga. Politically correct minorities may and do hold politically incorrect views, and publicly proclaim the same: that’s just fine.

“Ordinary Canadians do not need to fear for their freedom of speech?” saith HRC HRH Lynch today. Oh really?

Whitebread pastor quoting the Bible? Beware. Caucasian teacher opposing same-sex orthodox? Your job is on the line. Jewish lawyer? 900+ days and $100K gone forever. Anglo-Belgian Canucki-American author? Millions paid out by your employer, months of effort, heartbreak, time away from family and friends and regular work. But, says Mrs. Lynch, it’s all good, the HRCs are wonderful, no wrong’s been done, we have nice processes, it’s all about balancing freedoms, and don’t confuse us with the petty details about the little people caught in the gears of our awesomely fair and just and ethical machinery. So far, it’s all about bashing, harassing, bankrupting, and silencing social and political conservatives, and particularly Christians. And lots of moderate and sensible folks agree, and have expressed their concerns.

HRH Lynch has a right to have her say: but she’s not acted like a Civil Servant in all this, but as a defender and sponsor of utopian statism, where top-down control of thought and speech is the harbinger of an uncivil unfree society, where an ever-changing list of alleged verboten speech and ideas is ruled beyond the pale, and illegal. The polite peaches and cream nice-girl routine doesn’t cover up the nature of the thing.

That progressive Canadian Jews, apparently represented by the Canadian Jewish Congress, should back such social engineering in an imagined war against a potential army of Canadian neo-Nazis? Erm.. you might want to keep an eye on Muslim immigrants and their mosques and Imams, folks.. and the overweening claims of the state to regulate speech and religion. Sad & stupid. Mein Kampf? A Middle-Eastern best-seller. The next holocaust? Check in with Iran.

We’ve got injustice and imbalance masquerading as good law and politics. We’re in the same suicidal boat the the EU, just 5-10 years behind them.

This is not over, and the battle to reform the HRCs and ditch Section 13 is still underway. Stay tuned, keep fighting, and don’t settle for the status quo.
